On September 22nd, DFM Infiniti Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DFM Infiniti or the Company) was officially founded. DFM Infiniti is a wholly-funded subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., a JV business that was invested in by DFM and the Nissan Motor Company at a contribution proportion of 50:50. General Manager of Infiniti China Daniel Kirchert is appointed to function as the first General Manager of DFM Infiniti, and former Deputy Head of the Strategic Planning Department of DFM Lei Xin holds the post of Executive Deputy General Manager of the Company. By espousing the principle 'One Strategy, One Brand, One Team, and One Channel', DFM Infiniti will operate the Infiniti brand on its own and endeavor to achieve business development.
