Recently, DongFeng Motor Group Company Limited (DFG) won the “2015 Best Investor Relations Award” in the “Outstanding Listed Company Awards” of China Finance, a financial magazine in Hong Kong. Besides, in the recent selection of “Top 100 Hong Kong Listed Companies” sponsored by Tencent and Finet, DFG found its way onto “Top 100 Main List”; it was included among “Top 10 Highest Turnover Companies” and ranked first “Top 10 Medium-Sized Enterprises”.
As is learned, it did not come easy that DFG won several awards for listed companies in the constantly fluctuating global capital markets. It fully demonstrated the global capital markets' recognition of DFM's business performance and investor relations in 2015, showed DFG's good corporate governance image, and helped to further enhance DFM's brand influence in the global capital markets.
In recent years, due to price competition and other developments in the automotive market, the capital markets are especially prudent when investing in the automotive industry. In this context, the investor relations are very important. In 2015, DFG strove to build effective and smooth information disclosure channels, continuously strengthened the basic analysis of investor relations management. In their daily work, DFM helped investors quickly and accurately understand the Group’s recent operating conditions by holding teleconferences, receiving customer visits, attending various investment summits and conducting road shows.
